Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Faith Heals Bible account and the data saved with it at any time.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
- Open Faith Heals Bible and sign in.
- Go to You.
- Under Your data, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2 — by request (if you can't open the app)
Email support@fhbible.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Faith Heals Bible account. We will confirm it is you and delete the account, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account (name, email, sign-in details) and its sessions
- Highlights, notes, bookmarks, reading progress, streaks and plan progress
- Reminder settings and your daily-call schedule and call history
- Quiz and devotional history
- Your chat and calling identity, including your conversations with Faith
- Notification tokens for your devices
What we keep
Reports you sent about AI responses are kept so we can review them, but they are disconnected from you. Routine server logs are discarded after a short period. Nothing else is kept.
You can also read the Privacy Policy. Reading scripture never needs an account, so you can keep using the app without one.
